We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
 

SHIPPING DOMESTIC

Next day orders/overnight will be accepted same day if placed before

3pm Eastern Standard time.

• Shipping is not included in item price unless noted as “free shipping”.

• US domestic orders are shipped by USPS unless other specified by buyer.

• When item selected has free shipping we will use USPS first class service.
• S & H may include a small amount to cover packaging.
• Insurance or delivery confirmation is recommended for all items. If item was purchased without shipping insurance and was damaged during shipping NO replacement or refund will apply.
• Many of our items now offer FREE standard shipping

 We offer great low shipping rates, several shipping options to choose from and shipping discounts for purchasing multiple items. 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

• We ship to almost all of the countries unless noted on specified items.
• We use DHL Express service carrier to ship international. This service provides tracking number and delivery notification.
• Buyer may pay duty fees when package arrives to their country. Please be aware that all countries have different procedures and fees for incoming packages.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We will include invoice in the order to avoid customs delays.International orders require a phone number when filling the customs forms.
• We will not ship international orders under the category “Gift”.
• S & H may include a small amount to cover packaging.
• Delivery time on international orders may be delayed due to customs clearance on each country and we can’t expedite those delays

Returns Policy

• Returns of product, accepted no later than 3 days from received if product has not been used and in original packaging as we had sent. Item will be refunded.
• The warranty period is for 30-days from the purchase date of your item and will be given in the form of an exchange or a refund. Please see on each item description if it has warranty.
• Electronic devices like print heads , mother boards , scan motors and others have no WARRANTY and no refund will be issued to the buyer.
• Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Prior to return you must contact us to get RMA number, which must be visible at return box, otherwise shipping will be refused from the door.
•  We do not provide any Installation Instruction or Manuals.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
